I feel like this is a “must have” every night before bedtime. When I first started using this, It seemed to help with falling asleep faster than it does now though, but I still take religiously every night.
This is a repeat purchase. Need help getting to sleep and this relaxes me, the added benefit of elderberry is great for the immune system. Can't beat it!
