I have endometriosis and was given this product by a friend of mine to try and minimize my symptoms. After getting off birth control I began to have HORRIBLE periods with a very heavy flow, terrible cramps, and the week before had horrible cramping the entire time as well. This product has made my period lighter and my cramps manageable/ non existent. It also helps with the cramping/ pelvic pain episodes I have sporadically. I am so thankful for this product and how it has made day to day life more easy for me!
