  The person on the phone was friendly, and the scooter arrived when scheduled. I didn’t realize that it required assembly and fortunately my husband was able to do that, but otherwise there were no problems. I assume returning it will work smoothly as well.

  The knee seat, even with the sherpa cover I purchased, is incredibly uncomfortable. I have even added bubble wrap to the seat and then put the sherpa cover over it - awful. The wheels are super squeaky and the scooter tips over easily. I don't feel safe on it!

  Hello Amy, we are sorry that the product has not met your expectations. Our Deluxe model does have a very soft knee pad. The Premium has large 12" wheels which are great for navigating thresholds, sidewalk cracks, and obstructions, but it can have a higher center of gravity and we recommend that customers be mindful of how high they have the knee pad and handlebars set.
