As with Revivalist's "Summertide" gin, if you are like me and don't particularly like juniper-forward gin, this gin is for you. It's a really lovely tasting botanical mixture that can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or in traditional gin cocktails. In a side-by-side tasting with the "Summertide" gin (both tasted neat), this is every bit as good but with a somewhat lighter complexion. Both "Equinox" and "Summertide" gins will remain among my "must haves".

This gin is crisp and has the right amount of botanicals to balance the jalapeños which give the PERFECT little burn of spicy essence.
