I honestly don't know a thing about it, but my son, to whom this is being gifted, is a fan. He appreciates small batch rye with 90-100% rye mash bill, and it's a bonus that you're local!
My husband and I had previously done a tasting via the sample pack. While there were some varieties we enjoyed quite a bit, none compared the awesome notes of the Dragon Dance. It makes great cocktails any time you are looking to add a little kick to your day.
We have had it in a Dirty Martini as well as a variety of Fever Tree tonics. Looking forward to trying it in other cocktails like a Negroni, Gimlet, and possibly even an Aviation. Bet it would make a fantastic Bloody Mary, too.
Been sipping this one since late summer into fall and glad I have a reserve bottle now. The spices are FALL. Revivalist Botanical Gin Harvest Expression is AMAZING! Haven't tried spring or summer yet as we just found you this year close to Autumn. Looking forward to those too!
