What can I say? It’s good whiskey. Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it again.
On about my sixth bottle of this whisky since discovering it in the state store system about a year and a half ago. Guess I'm hooked! Now I just order it by mail whenever I'm running low and have it turn up on my doorstep within about 48 hours of ordering. Great bourbon; great service!
Rye whisky is typically relegated to the status of merely being the main ingredient in a laundry list of mixed drinks. To do that with this rye would be to do it a great injustice. It's a wonderful sippin' whisky with plenty of wonderful rye spice and yet a smooth and almost sweet finish. I have no doubt that it makes wonderful cocktails, but do yourself a favor and try a shot of this whisky neat. If you're really a whisky-lover, you'll be glad you did.

Ordering online rather than driving to the State store is very convenient and delivery is usually prompt and free with the minimum of 2 bottles. However the best reason for buying this gin is its taste and the fact that it’s made right here in PA by workers that have developed a better product than Bombay or Beefeater!
