An excellent flavorful rye, with lots of "rye spiciness". Especially suited to the rye whiskey purist, given its mash bill of 95% rye. If one wishes to know what real rye whiskey tastes like, this is your go-to choice.
What stands out for me about this gin is the very subtle anise taste and it's lovely. It made a very nice gin and tonic and next I will try it in a gimlet where more of the gin flavor will shine through. It was very well packaged and arrived within 2 days as promised.
