The Dragon Dance Gin has a nice little kick of jalapeno. We've been having fun trying different cocktail recipes. The recipe on the website is great. Overall, we really enjoy this unusual gin!
Not sure yet. This is only the second barrel finished sipping gin that I have tried. Bluecoat was the other. I have had two small glasses (neat and at room temp) thus far. The finishing licorice flavor is very weighty on my pallet; however, I must say some of the other flavors in this gin are spot on. Let me finish this bottle and give it a second review.
You gotta love this one. Just pour over ice, shake, strain and drop in a cherry or two and enjoy! Resurgent is the best bourbon at this price point, and is better than most costing twice as much.
Thank you for not putting the cherry in the bottle this time. The cherry flavor imparted from the fruit got a little strong as I drank down the previous batch/bottle.
