  Custom Cask 118 Bourbon 59% ABV (118 proof), 750ml

  We already loved the black label bourbon from Revivalist but this is even better. Rich flavors, smooth finish. Too good for cocktails. I made my special round ice cubes so they won’t melt too much in the bourbon. The delivery was quick & easy (Thanks Mark).

  Custom Cask 118 is awesome as are all of your Bourbon Products. I am a huge fan and loyal customer. I am not angry or upset in any way, but wanted you to know about my last order. The online ordering process is a bit unclear. I ordered 1 bottle for delivery after receiving your email regarding the limited number of Custom Cask 118. The ordering page says free delivery for 2 bottles or more. I only ordered 1 bottle, My credit card was processed for 1 bottle and I didn't hear anything for a few days, very unusual for you guys, so I emailed you and got a response from Dawn. She was great and very professional and told me my order was held up because I only ordered 1 bottle. I had no problem ordering a second bottle and they combined orders and delivered them to me the next day. Here's the problem...There was nothing in the ordering process or on your web site that said you WILL NOT DELIVER OR HOLD UP PROCESSING AN ORDER IF A CUSTOMER ONLY ORDERS 1 BOTTLE. The ordering page clearly says "Free Shipping on 2 or more Bottles". I would be happy to pay for shipping for a single bottle, but completely understand if it does not make good business sense for you to do so...just let your customers know that you WILL NOT ship only 1 bottle. Please forgive my rant, I just want you to know that even this college educated guy was a bit confused by the process. I am still and will always be a big fan of Resurgent and will continue to purchase your products. Have a Great weekend! Thom Starke
