Resurgent Bourbons are heart-warming, smooth examples of that Southern traditional liquor, expressed in Pennsylvania style. The Custom Cask is in the running for my favorite Bourbon ever. Makes a Manhattan in a beautiful Union style. Young America runs a bit rougher, not presenting the mellowing that comes with time in the barrel, but is delicious, and bright.
Resurgent Straight Rye, as with all ryes, is new to my palate. I am reserving my thoughts until I learn it better, and revisit its character.
