I purchased the A3 Australia scratch map, and absolutely love it. I think it is so awesome that you use guitar picks as the scratch picks. I bought the map for my partner, who happens to be a keen guitarist, so the guitar scratch picks fits so well! I was also surprised to get a product that felt so personalised, not only with the letter, but the thought behind using the card envelope as a sticker board, and the quiz on the back of the sheet. I am very impressed with the whole package, not just the product and its quality. I will absolutely be buying from you again, and will be raving about it to many people. Side note - I also love that you still sell your products that have been damaged for whatever reason, at a discounted price. So many companies would just throw it away or sell it, hoping no one would notice. But by you selling discounted damaged products, it really shows how well you have integrated a sustainability initiative, which indicates your transparency. Therefore, this makes me want to buy more products from you because I have seen your genuine care for your customers, wanting to give them a high quality product. Thanks again!
