Went in super easy. Looks amazing. Super happy with how it all turned out. Also, delivery process was painless!
Haven’t lite a fire yet but truly love the look and vibe it adds to my patio area. Delivery was an issue, had to go pick up all 9 pallets from the carrier when they canceled my delivery the day it was scheduled. I had a lift rented and want paying for that more than 1 day.
We love it! It arrived sooner than expected and was quick and easy to assemble. The hardest part was preparing the base and leveling the first layer. We went with the Timberwood Blend.
Paul was great. Kit shipped 07/12/21 from your plant. Got a call on 08/02/21 that YRC will deliver the kit tomorrow here in Tucson. Thanks for all the great work.
We haven't got it put up yet
The entire process was easy. I used pennies to level out the block irregularities. Since I added a few chimney extension courses, I needed some help with the chimney cap. Otherwise, it was a solo job. Really happy with the results.
