The entire experience with Romanstone was tremendous. The on-line order process was easy, regular communication from order entry through delivery, and the product is outstanding. Everyone that has seen this new addition to our backyard has complimented how awesome it is and how well it fits the area. I highly recommend the company and specifically the Freemont Kit with the Wood Boxes.

Love the build and was able to complete it according to plan. My only slight critique is that it could have been clearer that the *cut* fire brick were different size than the others (perhaps use a different color in the plans, or note that somehow-- I thought my spacing was off when I didn't realize there were special cut size bricks)

My wife and I looked at many options out there for a fireplace that would fit what we were looking for. When we can across Romanstone, we knew we found exactly what we were looking for. The ordering process was easy, and I received a phone call the next day to go over my order to make sure everything was correct. Once shipment took place, I received a call and was informed I would receive a call from the shipping company. To my surprise, my shipment can early. The instructions are well written and easy to follow. I built this myself in the evenings, a couple hours at a time. I had a couple friends help with the caps.

Everything was straight forward and easy to follow. The best part was that it didn’t need to be done all at once and we could work on it in chunks as our schedule permitted. (Finished in about a week working a few hours a day). It turned out beautiful and saved us thousands. We haven’t added the top cap yet...nervous. The worst part was that they dropped all of the pallets in the middle of our street. Overall very happy! Will build pavilion next.
