Ordering was easy and the representative was very helpful. Introductions provided were pretty good except for cure times for a few tricky spots but at least they were called out. Got it done in the 2 days that they said it would take!

The fireplace is so classy and fairly easy to assemble. The hardest part of the build is keeping all layers level. The cap stone is also very heavy and to place it in place was interesting but at the end of the day, this thing looks like I payed double or triple the actual cost. We also did some customization, we did the classic boxes and some custom planters on the sides with extra stone I purchased.

The hardest part was the move from the upper driveway to the back of the house. We (i.e., my wife and I) used our golf cart and a small wagon. It took about 3-4 hours to move. It took us about 14 hours to put together. We found the use of pennies to help level some spots a good idea.

The final result was fantastic. We love it. However, it took more pain to get there than expected. Patience ran short a few times.

Each layer had it's own page with instructions on how each brick was positioned. It was very simple to do. Just make sure you have a level service to bein with and you'll do fine.

Suggestions for improvement would be ^^^ the lifts were heavier than the information stated they would be and it made the handling of the lifts difficult. It would be nice to have options for the lift weight to fit the equipment the customers have ^^^^ The videos showed the three block building concept and we were surprised when it was not used in our fireplace.
