All was good. Pretty much what we expected. Unit came out nicer than the website pictures. Only issue was delivery. Trucking company was ill prepared to unload truck. I had to have 3 of us help driver for several hours. Without a powered pallet jack this stuff is tuff to unload and move. Even in a paved driveway.

Took 3 days to build the fireplace and 1 day to build the wood boxes. Did the build myself but got help with the top slab and wood box tops. Easy to follow instructions just initially intimidated when the semi truck pulled up and off loaded 7 pallets totaling 11k lbs. Nice construction project and didn’t get hurt in the process!

Overall, I give it two thumbs up. My wife and I are very pleased with the way it looks. The online video was correct, getting it to where you are going to build it is the hardest part. There was a little more foundation prep work than I originally thought. We needed to install four 10" sono tubes, which may not be that easy for a typical weekend warrior. Once that was done, the step by step instructions made building it very easy. The top stone was definitely a challenge. I had two friends help and three ladders. Now that it's finished, everyone that sees it wants one too! We had our first burn a week ago and it worked perfectly!

Bought two kits and made the 12.5' circle patio. All the pieces are well cut, instructions are clear and it fits together nicely. With two kits, you end up with quite a few spare pavers.

I thought the kit was very easy to put together! I think that you should include that the very first thing you will do is the inner circle. The directions did not make that obvious step that obvious but overall, fantastic product, already have friends asking me where I bought it and will be contacting you soon.
