Absolutely awesome product and great company to deal with. They kept me informed the whole time. The installer was very impressed with how well it was designed and how well it looked as a finished product.
We were very pleased with the kit and all the instructions. Our only issue is a very slight sag in the middle of the fireplace. Overall it still looks great.
This was a Fantastic experience. Based on an internet search, I found Roman Stone and the Fireplace we wanted. I purchased it 100% based on other's reviews and comments. What a great decision to go with Roman. It really checks all the boxes; Easy to order, Great customer service and follow up by phone and email. The product looks awesome. Directions were super clear and easy to follow. Total build time was working 14 hours, give or take a little prep time. The perfect family gathering spot for years to come!
