The fireplace and directions were really easy to put together . We love it . You need to have a forklift or skid loader to get the pallets where you need them . I hired it done for $150.00. We also received a slightly different fireplace than the picture shows . The two wings are a bit smaller . We absolutely love our fireplace . It took me and another guy 2, 6 hour days to put it together . It’s super easy .

It's a very nice feature in the yard. I'm adding wood without concern of it toppling out and I'm not running from the smoke because it seems to just go up like it should. We're very happy with our purchase. Worth it!

I modified the plan as seen in the photos to have the log boxes at a 45 degree angle to the fireplace. I also built walls around my preexisting pavers using the Orion block timberwood, as well I set Orion block around my mulch beds as seen. I have been extremely please with the service, the quality and the look of my new project. I plan to now build a raised bed garden using the Orion block

Bought the fireplace kit with classic wood boxes along with two circular paver kits. They arrived early and included everything I needed. Communication was great and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The end result is a high quality space that I will enjoy for years to come.

WCWilliam C.Verified buyerNo gripes from me. Right off the bat, there was a little issue with the carrier the RS uses out of Rockford, IL. I asked for help from RS...the next day delivery was setup. The top cap is a beast. The one I received was 167 lbs (yes, I weighed it). It took 3 guys (my 6'6" height came in handy) and some good ol' American ingenuity and hard work to get that thing 9.5 ft in the air. Aside from that...smooth sailing. Just finished it on Sunday. Many compliments from the neighbors on how good it looks. Thanks RS for many a backyard fireplace easy.

Ordering the product was easy. Delivery went well. We were shorted a few fire bricks, but a local hardscape business had replacements. The instructions were easy to follow. The physical work of moving/installing 11,000 pounds of blocks cannot be overstated - know what you are getting into. Because there is no mortar and the natural gaps between the blocks, the fire smoke easily leaks out the sides of the chimney when it is breezy. We look forward to many fireside chats!
