Amazing product, I would suggest better packing due to the driver had to hit the brakes which caused 5 of the 7 loads to shift 1/2 off the pallets which was horrible to unload and maybe mark what is on each pallet....

We are in LOVE with our new fireplace! It took us about two good solid days to complete. My husband and I were able to do it all by ourselves. The fireplace is sturdy and strong, beautiful, and functional. Smoke leads out the chimney naturally. It’s the center of attention in our backyard. It was worth every single penny.

Although I'm in process to build the fireplace up, I'm sure it will look perfect on our raised Patio. The individual blocks are precise dimension-ed and fit pretty good together. I just had a minor issue with three missing fire bricks (cut ones), but they were easily obtained locally and cut to size by myself. Another issue was that the top cap block was cracked during delivery, but RomanStone is in process to ship a replacement. Further, the layer by layer instructions to build the fire place are excellent. Maybe I used a little too much of the adhesive at the beginning, but I would suggest to supply a few more of those in the future. In summary, I'm very pleased with the product.

Instructions were easy to follow. Times I thought this isn’t going to work but ended up exactly like it said. Added 2’ of chimney, if you do that get help for the last stone!
