We love our fireplace. Delivery and directions were a dream. My husband and I completed it over the course of four days, we have two little kids and full time jobs. We did the base over the course of two week nights and busted out the rest on the weekend. Just make sure everything is tight and level. So user friendly and a great company to work with. Saved us major money and added so much value and appeal to our backyard. We aren’t handy at all and this really impressed folks.

We love our new fireplace and wood boxes. It took us about 22 hours to build. The directions were easy to follow. We poured a 6” deep concrete pad with four concrete sono tubes. I highly recommend a level concrete foundation. The only problem we had was the delivery of the pallets. The trucker would not remove the pallets from the truck. Our concrete contractor rescued us with his bobcat and removed nine pallets from the back of the truck and placed them in our back yard. I also recommend to have a contractor scheduled to help you when your cargo is delivered. Other than that it was an awesome purchase! Worth every penny!

Keep in mind that the delivery is a 3rd party trucking company (also was great!) and they will only do curbside delivery, not move the pallets to a desired location. So, my recommendation is to have some means of muscle and or equipment to move the stones as close to the build site as possible. The trucking company cannot drive onto your property due to liability and possible damage due to the size/weight of the delivery. We had people ready to move things around so it was a great experience! For our project the most time consuming thing was pouring a pad for installation. The assembly of the fireplace was quick and relatively easy! Directions were great! This literally could be a weekend job, weather permitting. This fireplace really took our patio to next level outdoor living!
