  I placed my order online over the memorial day weekend. The following Tuesday Paul called and went over all my details with me. He kept me informed concerning ship dates and when and how I would receive the materials. 14000 lbs of materials, on 9 pallets. Everything was as it was supposed to be. I called Paul several times and he was always there with the information I needed. My grandson and I started laying blocks on June 5, 2019 and put the chimney cap on June 15. It was a fun project and there was not any guesswork. Every level of blocks was detailed in the drawings, step by step.

Guesswork is not wanted when building a fireplace. Thanks for the pictures. I love the laying of the first stone in houseshoes! That's how I like to roll- straight out of bed and out to the yard! The pop-up tent covering your work areas is a brilliant idea. I'll have to use that one for shade alone.

  From ordering to delivery was a quick process and Paul kept me updated throughout the entire process. He even answered several questions I had throughout. The build was very easy to complete, and the final product is simply amazing. I have got so many complements on the fireplace with several saying there were going to purchase a fireplace as well. The price is right, and the quality is great. We have enjoyed a fire every night since it was finished, whereas before we never really used our patio. Now we sit back there every evening with the fire burning listening and watching the wildlife, birds, deer and bear. I would totally recommend this kit to anyone looking to add value to their backyard.

Would highly recommend - from the onset of the order received a call confirming and verifying address, received a call notifying of delivery date, received a call the day of delivery with estimated time of delivery. Instructions clear & easy to follow. As beautiful as the pictures online - would give 10 stars if I could!!

  Dealing with RomanStone was the best decision I ever made. It started from the simple ordering process, to the follow up phone calls making sure I knew when it shipped, and making the appt for delivery to my house, They got my fireplace out in 2 days. It arrived exactly as promised and the install was as simple as they show you on their video. Don't delay.... If you ever wanted a beautiful outside fireplace but without the $8-10k cost, then this is the fireplace for you. Looks like it costs just as much as a professional would charge but at a fraction of the cost. The kit goes together like a dream. Every piece was sent and even a few additional pieces. Buy it and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. It has transformed our outside seating area into our own personal backyard oasis. Haven't even finished the landscaping and it makes such a huge statement.
