  I Bought the HiFi Rose RS130 to replace a Sonore OpticalRendu and the step up is incredible, a huge improvement. Using fibre-optic network connection, the sound stage massive, detailed, lusciously rhythmic, and natural sounding. it’s the closest thing to vinyl I’ve heard, lowering the noise floor of digital audio significantly.

  Quad Artera Stereo Power Amplifier

  A clean open sounding amplifier with more than enough power to make most speakers work well in a domestic setting. Worked well with two pre amps I tested on it but when paired with Quad Artera pre via XLR it really came into its own. This pairing performs well above its price point in my opinion. Excellent quality finish is the icing on a very sweet cake !

  Brilliant phono stage, handles all analogue equipment I own very well and when paired with Artera power amp via XLR presents a detailed open soundstage but still manages to keep the traditional warm "Quad" sound. Engages me in the music, not listening to the foibles of equipment that some amps highlight.
