We're sorry that you have experienced issues. We are working with you at the moment to resolve the issue and will be sending a replacement device. As we told you, if we can't find a solution we will refund you the rental fee no problem. As for the failed initial delivery, please note that Swiss Post (and any other postal service as far as we know) will not complete delivery if the name on the envelope does not match the name on the mailbox. This is what occurred despite instructions (sent with the shipping confirmation) from us that the names need to match for a successful delivery.
Thanks for the feedback. As the iSpot Connect Pocket WiFi uses the mobile networks, the connectivity is as stable as the connection quality to those networks, just as with a mobile phone. However, it is always a good idea to email or call us if you are having issues so that we can try our best to resolve them for you!
