  Worked well throughout except for a mine Ty that I couldn’t connect even with the ispot on. Contacted company and responded very timely and a new device was sent out within one day. Will use again.

  Overall, it was a good experience. But the connection is not always good enough - in my case, 90% of the time, I had only one device connected (my phone), and I stayed most of the time in only one city (Chur) - even so, the internet signal was quite unstable.

  Je suis vraiment très satisfaite de mon expérience. Le fait de trouver le HotSpot à la poste restante de l'aéroport était une solution qui m'a facilité mon séjour étant connectée dès la première minute d'arrivée. Le fait de pouvoir le reposter depuis n'importe où en Suisse était aussi satisfaisant. En plus les emails pour suivre la livraison et l'email après la réception du HotSpot retourné ont fait la différence. Merci beaucoup pour votre service, que je referai avec plaisir la prochaine fois.

  iSpot are easy to deal with and the device gives excellent coverage in our mountain property. In 4 years of use we have only had one occasion when the coverage was not sufficient

  Very useful and stable around Switzerland. The only thing I would change is that there is no way to see its battery level until it needs to be charged, so it would be better to know it in order to foresee the charge. Beyond that, I definitely recommend it.

  Thanks for the feedback! It's a good point you raise: if you type into the browser address bar 192.168.8.1 (once connected with the WiFi connection) you will get access to the information panel of the iSpot Connect device which shows on the top right corner the battery level. We will add this information to future instructions to our customers!
