Can use straight away on the train/bus transfer avoiding massive mobile data roaming bills. 4G data connection is very good around Switzerland - I got mostly 20-40 mega bit/sec, enough for 4 people to comfortabley use internet together. Unit is small but struggles to work all day on the ski mountain - I use an external backup battery. On line Support is excellent and super responsive. Price is just about fair for unlimited data.

Normally a completely discharged battery on the iSpot Connect device only needs to be plugged in for one to two minutes before it starts working again. We will check the device you rented and replace it if it continues to do the same thing. Sorry for the inconvenience!
