  Round Kynar Steel Downspout Strap

  color off and scratches

  I ordered these in a black color and they are more of a dark gray but definitely not black. Almost all of the pieces came scratched even though they had a plastic peel off film. They did not come with a shipping sheet. They were not packed well and almost every one of the parts had scratches on them. Of course we accepted them and now have no recourse to return them because we didn't have time to open and check them all. So we just won't order from you anymore. Be better.
