  KM Under Roof Copper Gutter Screen

  Need to remove the bend in the material that is inserted under roof material, make it flat. It raises up roofing for no reason

  K & M Sheet Metal is an incredible company. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. I had been working with the company for something that was needed for my chimney. However, I had to put the project on hold for over six months. When I called back to reinitiate everything, the person I had previously spoken with (Gui) was able to pull up our entire email trail so that we could get the job done. Gui returned my phone calls promptly and always spoke in a professional manner. I would highly recommend K & M Sheet Metal.

  Plain Square 0.032" Kynar Aluminum Downspout Cleanout

  Product is functional but not well manufactured

  I ordered a downspout cleanout and while the company makes sure to inspect it for shipping damage after arriving, it actually had a scratch on it, which was not from shipping. I.e. it had been shipped with a scratch from the factory. More importantly, the part has lots of sharp and unfinished edges, not very professional and more like something one would construct in their garage. Considering this is a special order and took 4 weeks from the time of order to shipping, it is all pretty disappointing and doesn't say much good about the manufacturing facility.
