  thank you for reviewing our product Aluminum Plain Round Elbow, I’m very sorry you did not receive your elbows not sure how they got missed the guys in the shop are usually very good about double checking everything before it ships. if you still need them I’ll get them shipped out on Monday. If you no longer need them I’ll refund you for them.

  you sent the wrong conductor head. I ordered a 3 x 4 connection and I was sent a 3 x $ oval connection. There are no commercial oval tubing.

  Hello Steve, no caulking is needed, if installed properly in a water directional manner. If it's leaking, it has been installed incorrectly.
