Hi Stan, thank you for reviewing our product Copper 16oz. Plain Round Downspout, I’m sorry some of your downspout was damaged during shipping. Are you still able to use the damaged pipe? If you can still use it I could give you a partial refund. If you need some more pipe right away we could ship 5’ sections by UPS and you could have them in a couple of days. If you need full 10’ sections I’ll have to get some more pictures of the downspout showing the whole pipe if possible so I can start the claim process with our shipping company. Let me know how we can help get this resolved.
