  the guys in the shop forgot to caulk and seal the inside of the conductor head, we did that on site ourselves,

  Hi Don, Thanks for the review. You did not select the sealant option on your order, we do not caulk the conductor heads as is industry standard to allow contractors and architects to use their preferred type of sealant and this is stated on the description of the product on the website. There is an added cost option to have us seal it but it was not selected on your order.
