  you wrapped the 1/2 round in paper but these rubbed on each during shipping right at customers eye level...place my order on the 21 of August didn't receive my Complete order( no hangers)....my customer had to wait a entire month to get his gutters installed...had to wait for my final check an extra month

  The front bead doesn't have a hem, so if you are using hidden hanger, you absolutely should rivet the bead to the hanger. The undermount/exposed hangers are a much better, more standard option.

  1 of the downspouts was crushed at the end. Very happy with the product, but packing and shipping should have been better.
