Our range of conductor heads comprises numerous models available in various materials and sizes, resulting in a wide array of product variations. Due to this diversity, most items are made to order, and therefore, we do not display stock numbers online. 2. Order Processing and Shipping: Following order placement, our customers receive an email on the same or next business day detailing the estimated shipping date. In your case, an email was automatically generated on March 6th confirming that your order was scheduled to ship by April 2nd. We acknowledge that there was a delay, and your order was shipped on April 4th. Please be aware that lead times can fluctuate depending on the product. Once customers receive the estimated shipping date, they have the option to contact us should they wish to cancel the order. 3. Communication: We apologize if there was any lapse in communication on our part. Our intention is always to be transparent and forthcoming with information. The email providing the estimated ship date was meant to keep you informed. We value open communication and aim to assist our customers promptly and effectively. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and for falling short of your expectations.
