  Dislike the return policy that the order needs to be inspected when delivered and the delivery service says that they are not to wait for inspection and would not be able to return it at that time anyway. Buyer would have to return it.

  Simple Multi Flue Flat Roof Chimney Cap

  Great company to call and receive information in a timely fashion to aid in decision making. I chose a full chimney cover (40"x30") made of stainless steel. Product arrived on time and the workmanship appears quite impressive. Even the delivery driver was nice and helpful. Home is under construction and so the chimney cover hasn't been installed yet. At this point, I am very satisfied with the quality, service and delivery.
