This is not a direct response to Mr. K, but a chance for us to clarify this review so our customers can understand how our customer service actually deals with such issues. 1 - Mr. K. received his order and immediately gave us a 1 star review, without even contacting us, so we think it is very unfair to label us as "very poor customer service". 2 - We don't know what he means by "Orders are dropped". 3 - His order was delayed, this is factually correct. 4 - We contacted Mr. K after he gave us this review to find out what happened to his order. He proceeded to send us 3 pictures that showed ZERO damage to any products, only damage to cardboard boxes which obviously never arrive in the same shape as when they leave our facility. Apparently what he meant as "damage" was a couple of scuff marks. Still, without seeing any of it, we're sending him a can of spray paint free of charge. While receiving an order with damage is obviously not the ideal scenario, it happens. We do our very best to minimize this, but we cannot completely abolish it as the material is handled by the shipping company, HOWEVER, EVERY SHIPPMENT IS INSURED and we stand by it. All our customers need to do is to inspect the product upon delivery and mark the BOL as damaged and we'll take care of the claim on our side, while remanufacturing and reshipping the damaged parts. This is made clear on the order confirmation email and every order status email as well as on our website.
Jason, The order you placed online was for 5' of white aluminum gutter screen and 5' of stainless steel gutter screen. We believe that is what you received, but if not, please contact us. UPDATE: Customer contacted us after leaving this 1 star review, and we sent him a new piece, easy.
