  DUKE10 Tenor Banjo Ukulele

  Christmas Duke arives in time. Big thanks to Jamie at Duke Banjo Ukuleles! My wife, who obviously got the big hint for my Christmas gift ordered the Duke10 and was advised that they only stood a slim chance of getting it to me in time but would pull out all stops to get it delivered to Perth, Western Australia. And they did, it arrived on the 24th December whilst I was out but was received by my wife and whisked away before I had chance to notice. A wonderful surprise that was backed up with super service from Jamie, who did his utmost to get it delivered. I already have 3 other Banjoleles but the Duke10 is so beautifully set up it's an absolute pleasure to play. If I could give it a 10 star rating I would, it's a wonderful instrument. Thanks again Jamie and by the way, the bag turned up a week or so later as promised. Ian

  Love my Duke10 Banjo Ukulele. Love my Duke10 and everything about it , It's so smooth and has a great tone. I pre ordered and was pleasantly surprised / delighted when it came just before Christmas and not after as had been forecast. the Tuners are a joy to use, wish all my stringed instruments had the same tuners.The gig bag came a few days later , it's well padded and is so bright and cheerful it just cannot be missed. The sound is beautiful and I am very pleased and delighted with my purchase. The "set-up" video on your website was very useful too.

It really is a pleasure to deal with an organisation that puts such effort into ensuring I received exactly, what I ordered in excellent condition before the advised delivery dates. I was kept advised of all progress in the receipt of and delivery process.   Duke10 is 10/10! The Duke10 is a beautifully designed banjo ukulele. It sounds fantastic and is super easy and fun to play. If you can play a ukulele then you can play this. I love the detail from the pickup down to the arm rest. It has a beautiful tone and the banjo sound is a great addition to my ukulele collection. Duke has taken his rightful place king of my collection! The only thing i would improve is the strap clips, they are too large and damage the drum sides slightly. I quickly changed to a tie on leather strap but I appreciated the strap included as part of the complete package. That aside, I cannot recommend this enough. I am so very happy with it. Duke10 Banjo Ukulele, is very well made, looks super cool, and sounds fantastic. 10/10.

We have not heard that the strap clips (which are made of plastic) have been a problem before, so we are sorry you have had a slight issue. They used to be metal but rattled around a lot (and potentially caused damage) so we changed them to plastic. We will take another look to see if we can improve them further.
