Duke10 is 10/10! The Duke10 is a beautifully designed banjo ukulele. It sounds fantastic and is super easy and fun to play. If you can play a ukulele then you can play this. I love the detail from the pickup down to the arm rest. It has a beautiful tone and the banjo sound is a great addition to my ukulele collection. Duke has taken his rightful place king of my collection! The only thing i would improve is the strap clips, they are too large and damage the drum sides slightly. I quickly changed to a tie on leather strap but I appreciated the strap included as part of the complete package. That aside, I cannot recommend this enough. I am so very happy with it. Duke10 Banjo Ukulele, is very well made, looks super cool, and sounds fantastic. 10/10.

We have not heard that the strap clips (which are made of plastic) have been a problem before, so we are sorry you have had a slight issue. They used to be metal but rattled around a lot (and potentially caused damage) so we changed them to plastic. We will take another look to see if we can improve them further.
