Looking forward to trying your EB flyline. I will be using it on a bamboo rod that belonged to my Grandfather who passed in 63. I have done a complete rebuild of the rod and will be using it in the Driftless Area this April in Wisconsin.

On a recent trip to Arkansas, I planned to fish for trout, but high water made that impossible. So I went to a local stream to fish for smallmouth bass. I caught a beautiful 16" bass that really put a bend in the rod. I loved the casting and the fighting action of this rod. Would recommend to anyone looking to try bamboo for a modest price.

I took the Victory, McKenzie 8' 6" 5-Wt 3-pc Medium Action to 11 mile canyon in CO for some tailwater trout and let me tell you it did not let me down. 14 fish total 1 @ 18 inches caught on a #20 bwo. This rod dropped the bwo with precision, accuracy, and protected 6x tippet no problem. I was also tossing double nymph rigs with split shot with/without strike indicator. I was so impressed that I bought a second rod Deluxe, Deschutes 8' 0" 6-Wt. The price and the warranty can't be beat. Thanks
