Contact usI have called 4 times and sent at least 4 emails trying to get a replacement scooter because mine is too tall. I have bruises on my good leg from scooting into the back brake. Very frustrated...no one will help me get this resolved.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Zero Highlights!! I have emailed, texted, Facebook messager, called the 4 phone numbers that just ring & disconnect!! Finally got through & was told a Supervisor would call me!! That was almost 24 hrs ago!!! Placed our order on May 7th & still no scooter but they billed our AMEX!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Have got ZERO EMAIL RETURNS!!These are the emails I have sent .. started out nice but now pissed!!
