The correspondence has been ongoing and great. I received the scooter earlier than promised. Although a rental, when I opened the packaging I noticed the seat had a few rips and wear and tear. I just wanted to document the discrepancy. They were very quick to respond and ensure my comfort. I would absolutely recommend them to friends.
The knee walker has been wonderful! I am so much more mobile and don't feel so dependent on others. Its a nice size and easy to maneuver. Easy to use on carpet as well.
How do I return this item???
Should be discounted for senior citizens. Especially for those on fixed income. Another wise it come quickly and easy to use. The extra padding on the seat helps a lot. Thanks a lot on please send coupons for other devices that may be needed down the road. The lady that helped me was great and informed me that my email would NOT be given to other venders.

Scooter is great although cannot figure out how to fold it to put in cr.
helps with comfort when kneeling but does seem to shift to side with weight of rider.
Mostly good but is a little unstable in handle. Once that is known it is easy to get used to the small wobble.
It helps me get around the house. Love it
