  The rental process worked very smoothly. On line ordering and signing the rental agreement was easy. It took longer to receive (3 days) than I expected based on the promotional literature. The box was pretty beaten up due to re-use but the walker was in perfect condition and has made my recuperation much more manageable.

  It's a great help and if I have to give any negative remark it would for the scooter to have some kind of stopper or breaks for when it's not in use so it don't roll away. Other that that for me it's a thumbs up all the way.

  iWalk 2.0 Crutch Alternative - Purchase

  I received my I walk 2.0 6 days ago. I have practiced with it 3-4 times. I feel confident walking on it, but find it takes a while to get it on and off. Off is more difficult than on. This issue has made me wonder if it’s practical for quick trips where crutches would be faster and easier. I haven’t used it consistently so this issue may decrease as I become more familiar with it. Regardless, I think it’s a invention. It allows the user to shop or carry things around the house, or even clean the kitchen which is difficult to impossible with crutches.

  It’s great for longer distance within the house. Turning is difficult in smaller spaces & ha e to pick up to change direction. It’s nice to have to go to appointments but not practical for shopping.

  A rental that is BRAND NEW and wonderful. It is perfect for my foot surgery I had and makes things so much easier and better than using crutches! The only thing I wish it came with was the exact piece to make the screws tight, I couldn't use it for a few days because it was loose but finally someone had exactly what was needed to tighten. Great rental price for this item and super speed shipping! Thank you.
