a real life saver. great product . sales person i spoke to was very helpful. got delivery the next day. users might want to go on utube for a link ( i used medstar) telling a user how to use the knee walker, though it is pretty obvious. experiment with the knee height. i found a lower knee height made getting into a chair easier.

Jenn who assisted in getting the right size knee scooter is amazing. The scooter it self is okay, I do wish it could be made a bit more compacted. It is difficult to transport using a sedan, unless you have an SUV or Mini van where the back is open.

These folks quoted me one day shipping which then turned into 5 day shipping and when they refunded me had the nerve to charge a shipping and restocking fee even though I never saw a thing from them as they were dishonest with their shipment times. The company even took ownership of their mistake. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY.
