  It was very easy to rent and return. My only concern, is the handle was a bit wobbly. Even though it was locked in place, it would wiggle.

  Petite Knee Walker - Purchase

  I was pleased to receive the scooter the day after ordering it! It was very hard on my knee until I got the fleece cover, which really helped. I really like that I got the petite size because I am only 5'3". The only down side is how easily it seems to tip over. Once I fell off of it and several times almost fell. Don't like how easily the bench moves even when the brake is on. I wish I had gotten larger wheels and the 3 wheel type rather than the 4 wheeler type.

  Thank you for the feedback Dodie and we apologize that the unit did not meet your expectations. Because this unit does not have tie rods on the front wheel suspension it can be a bit of a rougher ride unlike our Deluxe or Premium units. We will evaluate this unit upon inspection.
