A wonderful whisky for the rye purist - you won't find too many other ryes available with this proportion of rye (95%) in the mash bill. If you've always been curious about what real rye whisky tastes like, this should be your first choice to sample.
This is my favorite bourbon - flavorful like no other I've tried. It will always be an important feature of my liquor cabinet.

I am 67 years old and started drinking gin as an underaged drinker. Young people have a sweet tooth, so I drank it with 7 up. By the time I was 19, I moved up to tonic. When I turned 50, I started researching pre and post prohibition cocktails. My go to, is a classic Martini, 3 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of dry vermouth, a dash of orange bitters, stirred in a cocktail mixing glass, with ice, 30 times to the right and 30 times to the left and strained into an antique coupe, served with an olive and a twist of lemon. In my bar at home, I always keep 9 kinds of gin. Stocking my favorites and always trying something new. That is how I discovered the amazing Revivalist gin. I started with Equinox Expression, was so impressed that I went on the website and ordered the Summertide and the Solstice. Even as amazing as the gin, the 2 bottles were delivered to me in 3 hours by the family. Please keep up the good work, as Revivalist will always have a top shelf position in my bar. Thank you.
Summertide was the first of your gins I tried. I like my gin and tonics, but Summertide tasted better chilled and straight up. I have been buying it ever since I first tried it. My favorite now.
Without saying, all of the gins from your distillery are awesome. I had not tried the Equinox flavor before, but I was not disappointed. Personally, I prefer it chilled straight up. No reason to complicate the good taste.
