Great overall experience from ordering completely through assembly. Order was processed quickly, shipped fast, arrived when promised, and assembled quickly (2 days) per the included instructions and looks great. Have not had the opportunity to burn in it yet but plan to do so soon!

EGEdward G.Verified buyer 1. You need to cut your circle kits into at least two pallets. Our delivery driver nearly died getting three 2,000 pound pallets off his truck. Yeah, he was Old Dominion's employee ... so does that excuse you from shipping pallets that weigh as much as a car and could fall on someone? 2. You don't send info saying a third kit is unnecessary for a 15' circle until AFTER your customer has bought three kits. Thanks for that. Now I have a half-pallet of wasted pavers. 3. Get a professional web designer. After my landscaper's crew f*cked up their first attempt, the landscaper called you and was directed to an apparently super double top secret 15" circle recipe on your web site, which has somebody's handwritten scribbles on it. WTF? 4. The paver circle looks nice. But it nearly killed a delivery driver and drove my landscaper nuts, resulting in a four-day production delay. If you can't take the lives and livelihoods of people who use your products into better account than this, you should get out of the business.

Family is in love with the final product. Didn’t show it but we decided to take out a few rows and widen the hearth. Directions were spot on. Was short one jug of glue but no big deal. Would say it took about 10 hours total to build. Was a labor of love but it was a great choice. Thank you Rockwell

Absolutely a great DIY fireplace kit. The Princeton fireplace with 2 classic wood boxes and a 36” chimney extension took 12 hours to build with just my waifs and I. Quality product, great instructions, and helpful staff/ customer service group! This kit locally to my house would have costs a 1/3 more than what this kit ran cost wise. Could not be more pleased. I absolutely love my Princeton fireplace. I have done many DIY projects in my yard, but this one takes the cake. It came out beautiful. I am a 49 year old woman who built this all by myself. It took me a few weeks, I have a bad back and I took my time and only did a few layers each day, but I did it. I had a friend help me put the top cap on as that is a two person job. The company was so helpful With my purchase, questions, delivery and amazing customer service. If you are on the fence about this project….GO FOR IT….. you will not be disappointed!!!
