Great!! Pavers came very fast were left at the bottom of my driveway, totally expected. My landscaper had no issues. Looks great. We do have a bunch of pavers left...a good problem to have. Very very happy

We ordered the Princeton and the lead time for delivery was about 3 weeks. It arrived on time and the delivery driver was great and moved the pallets into my driveway. Unless you are dropping the pallets right where your placing the fireplace be prepared for some labor intensive work moving all the stone around. We used a pull behind cart and a lawn tractor but even then, loading and unloading combined with building it was a lot for two of us. The instructions are simple and it goes up quickly, just make sure its level and plumb the whole way up. You will likely need to shim some pieces, we used pennies where we needed them. The finished product is beautiful and a total centerpiece in our backyard. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fireplace without completely breaking the bank.

Romanstone starts with great customer service and finishes with a great product with detailed information on the construction of the fireplace. I bought the fireplace in Nov of 21 and moved it all to the Colorado mountains over the past few months. Just finished up the install this past weekend. Took one weekend to make the pad - Another weekend to build it. Foundation and keeping the 1st two base layers square and level is key. From there just square each layer and follow the color coded instructions.

We love our new fireplace. The kit was deliver to our local lumber yard because of the issues relating to delivery to our ranch, but it was a smooth delivery. Then, we got it to the ranch and my hands put it together in no time at all. We are so excited.

I did a 3ft 2a base compacted just off the new patio. This is great project. Took about 20 hrs base to completion. Easy process just pay attention and eat your wheaties take your advil. Loved it and it looks great.
