Followed the instructions and it worked out beautifully. Once completed, everything was within 1/8” to 1/4” tolerance.

This was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Tons of great information and videos to help in my research phase. Once I was ready to buy the process was simple and the support team was super helpful. When the palettes showed up it was exactly what I expected and the instruction were super easy to follow. The blocks are heavy and it’s certainly hard work, but I have no landscaping experience and was able to build this thing with relative ease. The instructions were so easy to follow that my 9 year old daughter was helping to place the small and medium sized stones. I tell anyone that will listen to go check out Roman Stone. Really great overall experience.

So far, everything is as advertised. The freight company showed up when they said they would, we offloaded everything without incident, although it took 35 minutes to do so, which did not make the driver happy, but he was very professional and helpful. Just a suggestion, make certain the truck is on a fairly level surface and make certain the area you are staging the pallets in and the surface to that place are fairly level. So far, it is going together as advertised, we are about 25% complete at this stage and it is looking great. Except for some crumby weather, it would have been done already.
