We think the Willard grill station is wonderful ! The directions were very easy to follow, and using glue instead of mortar is just great ! I spent a great amount of time diamond wheel grinding all the very top surfaces to make sure it was level for the 3pads and grill. The 24 x 24 caps were not all of uniform thickness, but a little excess glue insured they were "level" and solid. The finished grill and surround are very pleasing to behold ! Thank You !

My Fremont fireplace build turned out very nice. I did have some difficulty in maintaining level and plumb throughout but the folks at Romanstone were very helpful in solving my issues. The only other issue was I needed to purchase two additional tubes of adhesive. But overall I am very happy with the finished product.

I love the final product and we had no stones break. Some of the stones varied in thickness so fighting that during the whole build. Once we figured out how to deal with those bricks it worked out great.

The website design, quality, structure and documentation of the products sold me on the legitimacy of the product. Checkout was a breeze, there were no hidden fees and email/phone communication throughout the shipping/delivery process was clear and punctual. It's nice to speak to a human during the process. Unpacking, and building the fireplace was easy due to the preciseness of the directions and website videos. The blocks were dusty (hard for glue to adhere) and many had chipped corners. But neither of these issues were show stoppers. In hindsight, when transfering from the pallets to the "job site", I wish I stacked the blocks in order of which sides I'd use facing out vs the chipped sides. Then when I was building I'd know which block to pull for each layer. As some buyers may be hesitant to buy from a small online business, to legitimize the business, you should focus on tying social media reviews etc into the site. -Dan Shaw
