I thought the wood boxes were going to be larger than they are. Also I would have liked stone for a Mantel over the Fireplace, I'll have a look at Lowes or Home depote for something like that.

Smooth transaction and excellent customer service. The instruction manuals were great. Delivery from Old Dominion could be better, they basically said they will drop it on the side of the road - all 10 pallets - had to convince and help the driver place them on the driveway. We bought the Princeton fireplace with 2 wood boxes and wall extension. This was professionally installed along with our patio. So I did not really DIY but the landscape company was impressed with the quality of both the material and the instructions. We also added lights to give it that pop in the night. Very pleased with Romanstone! You’re going to have the coolest yard in the neighborhood !! :)

Great communication with Paul from Missouri! It took myself and 2 men 12 hours total to build. Majority of time was square,level and flush. Instructions were outstanding. Many compliments and would highly recommend to everyone! Videos on YouTube were helpful. My only complaint would be none of the 10 euro stones, of which 6 are visible right up front, were “good looking” I understand the idea of a rustic fireplace, but they were quite chipped. We filled in with paver stone to help it cosmetically. Thank you for this super, unique product.
