I absolutely LOVE this fireplace! Shipping was fast and easy - arriving just when promised. Paul from the office was delightful to deal with. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow. I only needed a few video ideas on how to get that capstone on - that was definitely the most challenging part! But we eventually figured it out (with 3 ppl, scaffolding, and 2 ladders). The fireplace looked bigger on the patio than it did on the website pics. We have already gotten tons of compliments from our neighbors. We have only used it once so far, and no smoke issues, no spark issues, and plenty of warmth.

Ordered the Fremont with an extension for the chimney to get it over and existing roof line of our BarB Q hut. The support team was fantastic, kept me up to date on the processing and shipping. The fireplace assembly was easy as following the pictures. I poured a 6” concrete base with another 8” of regular wall brick to elevate to existing wooden deck. Fireplace looks awesome. Love that not all brick look the same. We even chipped some so it would be less uniform. Since then, we’ve had a fire every Friday/Saturday night. Great investment for my home and family. 100% satisfied.

Hello, I have to say the Princeton fireplace I ordered was easy to assemble. My two neighbors and I took our time and completed the fireplace in about four days. The directions were direct and understandable. I highly recommend a cart to transport the stones to your building spot. This will save a lot of soreness from bending over and walking the stones over to your fireplace. Good job Romanstone!! All of the neighbor’s love the job we did. Also, my neighbor called a family member who builds fireplaces for a living. He stated to build my fireplace he would charge $11,000.00 dollars here in New Jersey. I paid $4,300.00 for everything!

I bought the Fremont with the 2 side boxes and it looks absolutely stunning in my back yard. The order came in on 7 pallets and looked very overwhelming. But, when we started to build, we found it was very easy for two 50+ year olds to do. We had to build a platform with a 2" cement pad so it can be level with our patio. The platform was way more difficult and time consuming to build than the fireplace was. We cannot believe how nice this looks and how it compliments our back yard. After my neighbors saw the finished product, they said they want to get one too. My fantastic neighbor who helped me build everything will be getting one in the spring. The Fremont is definitely worth the money spent. Thank you for a beautiful product that was easy to build.

Everyone was very helpful right from the time I made the purchase. Any questions I had were answered immediately with a call. So easy to assemble, It made me look more skillful at stonework than I actually am . It also saved me $13,000 after the ridiculous estimates I received. The communication with Romanstone was great and the only concern I had was with delivery. Ultimately the fireplace paver delivery person didn’t place the pallets for the fireplace in the area that was approved by Romanstone dispatch but the patio paver delivery person was very accommodating and moved the four pallets to the back area when he delivered the patio pavers. Everything turned out beautiful. Although we think we could’ve done most of the build, we were glad that we had the installers build it for us, especially after watching them install the top chimney stone....that’s a big one. We decided to add a hearth stone and stone mantle after seeing a picture on the website and just love the look of the fireplace. We had our first fire in it last week when the Florida weather FINALLY turned cooler and it is awesome! The smoke drafts up the chimney perfectly and the fireplace is even more beautiful with the fire glowing. We are so happy we purchased the Fremont and highly recommend Romanstone.
