WMWesley M.Verified buyer started off wonderfully. i ordered online and then received a call next day to let me know that they have distributor in my area and that i could save a ton of money if I go straight through them. So i did, and it did save a ton. the only negative so far is that the order is way late. i ordered in early June or Late May, and was told that they would be manufacturing it in mid to late June. as of this writing i have not received the delivery, although it is supposed to deliver early next week. While I have not been in a hurry as we were completing the area that this would be erected, it is still frustrating that it is about a month past due.

2 photos1 video2 photos1 video2 photos1 videoawesome!! love the fireplace. neighbors have said wow that looks amazing.. so a little about building it. shipping was great. they dropped the skids in front of my house. i moved all the blocks to the back yard with mower and trailer. took a few hours. building it was pretty easy. just follow directions and your good. i poured a concrete pad so it started level. also since the patio slopes i had to make a level starting point. the top of the fireplace is not overly heavy but awkward. had to fight a couple of the fire blocks but not to bad. over all this is a awesome fire place.

Amazing company, amazing product, amazing customer service. Took 4 guys roughly 6 hours for the entire project (took lots of breaks in the heat) and I couldn't be more excited with the finished product. Easy to follow instructions and everything you need is included in the kit.

The customer service was great, and courteous. We ordered 2 kits to make the larger 12.5 foot circle and ended up with enough To make a birdbath circle! Pavers are uniform and the kit made it so easy to assemble!
