I ordered some spares for a Monks Prodigy between Christmas and New Year. No rush, I didn't expect them to be open in truth but response was very quick. They advised there would be a slight delay from supplier due to holiday season, but parts were delivered first working Monday of the year. Can't fault the service I received.

When I first hooked this up to my HiFi I decided to do it using the supplied interconnects and use the WiiM internal Dac . Straight away I noticed the sound was very poor compared to other sources I have and straight away I thought I have made a mistake. I then changed the output on the screen to Opt out and hooked it up via my own Dac ( Shiit Modi) and then the sound was transformed into what I was expecting with a notable difference depending on the bitrate I was getting depending on the track via Amazon music . So unless I’m missing something it would appear the onboard Dac is very poor but as long as it’s used with a decent external Dac , the Ultra seems a good product for a good price .
